Last night we attended the VOSCARS 2016 hosted by Voluntary Action North Lanark-shire (VANL). Chris’s House was nominated in various categories and we reached the final four of “Outsatanding New Organisation” this category was won by Lanarkshire Baby Bank who were worthy winners. We would also like to say congratulations to the other finalist it was a great achievement to reach the final four. The highlight of the night for us was our founder Anne Rowan winning “North Lanarkshire Volunteer of the Year” without a doubt a deserved achievement this lady dedicates her life to Chris’s House. Anne we are all extremely proud of you, you started this journey knowing what you wanted to do for those in crisis and affected by suicide and you’ve never faltered. To all that support us, “Thank You”. Without your support this would never have been possi-ble.
